4dyes3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services on the 4dyes3 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the 4dyes3 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use 4dyes3 services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of your state in Malaysia.
- Register as a legitimate user with truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
- Not be prohibited by Malaysian law or any other jurisdiction from accessing online betting services.
- Take full responsibility for all activities carried out through your account.
4dyes3 reserves the right to decline registration applications or suspend the account of any user who fails to meet the above eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account only on the 4dyes3 platform. Registration of more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any credit balance without compensation.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login details confidential.
- Not share your account information with any third party.
- Notify 4dyes3 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Ensure that all registered personal information is accurate and kept up to date whenever changes occur.
4dyes3 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account. Any unauthorised use of an account by a third party is entirely the account holder's responsibility.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
4dyes3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the user is found to have:
- Violated any of the terms set out in this document.
- Engaging in fraud, system manipulation, or any illegal activity.
- Registering with false or misleading information.
- Holding more than one active account.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 4dyes3 reserves the right to withhold any credit balance remaining in that account at our sole discretion.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 4dyes3 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are fully responsible for all transactions made through their accounts.
Deposits: Users may make deposits using local payment methods supported by the platform, including Touch 'n Go (TNG), online banking via FPX, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the Malaysian bank account registered under the user's name. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to one business day. 4dyes3 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
Failed transactions: 4dyes3 is not liable for failed transactions resulting from technical issues on the part of third-party financial institutions. Any transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within 7 days of the transaction date.
Suspicious activity: 4dyes3 reserves the right to freeze accounts and hold transactions if any suspicious activity is detected, including activity that may involve money laundering or fraud.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Users agree to use the 4dyes3 platform solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate the system or gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing or reselling account access to any third party.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's functionality.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful to other users.
- Using the platform for any activity involving money laundering.
Limitation of Liability
4dyes3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
- Service interruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
- Data loss resulting from technical failures.
- Losses arising from unauthorised account access not caused by 4dyes3's negligence.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4dyes3 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 4dyes3 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without our express written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 4dyes3 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. 4dyes3 has no control over the content of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms
4dyes3 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the 4dyes3 platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users agree to seek resolution through the designated official channels before pursuing any legal action.
